Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect as little as we can.

What stays private

Your private visit notes, your Local Loot journal (unless you publish an entry) and your saved Market Runs are visible only to you. Ratings are public as a number; a written review is public only when you choose to post one.

Location

“Use my location” happens in your browser to centre the map. We do not store a location trail. Check-ins record the Find you stamped and the date, because that is the point of the Passport.

Analytics

We record coarse product events — a page viewed, a plan chosen, a Find added — with your account id if you are signed in. No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting, no selling data.

Payments

Memberships are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe; we store only a customer reference and your subscription status.

Your data

You can edit or delete your contributions, and ask us to close your account. Listings you added stay on the map for the community, with your name detached.
